About the Role
You will maintain the risk and control lifecycle framework, review new and updated risks and controls, onboard programs and products, and analyze and report data. You will oversee RCSA activities, advise business partners, provide training, improve testing and remediation practices, and develop technology or automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 6+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, audit, or compliance
- Risk management practices and frameworks
- Financial services regulations and requirements
- RCSA experience
- GRC systems knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Document and review risks and controls across programs and businesses
- Maintain the risk and control lifecycle framework
- Onboard new programs and products
- Analyze data and prepare reporting
- Oversee the RCSA process
- Provide management updates on program status and risk themes
- Train and educate business partners
- Improve testing quality, evidence standards, and remediation outcomes
- Develop AI, technology, or automation solutions
