About the Role

You will support wealth sales and fundraising activities by creating client presentations, market updates, customized communications, and data reports. You will respond to investor requests, support product launches, onboarding, subscriptions, transfers, RFPs, due diligence, and prospect research. You will also maintain investor portal and Salesforce records and coordinate follow-up on projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in private markets preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience ideally in wealth management or another client-facing role
  • Knowledge of high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth investors and family offices preferred
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare technical materials promptly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional presence and exceptional communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Fluency with proprietary databases and software systems including CRM systems ideally Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and within a team context
  • Graduation from a top-tier undergraduate university ideally with a business focus

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and prospective and existing clients across North America
  • Create client presentations, market updates, and client-related communications
  • Prepare customized client-facing materials for investor requests
  • Deliver standard and customized data and reporting requests on time
  • Support registered product servicing and coordinate operational infrastructure for platform launches
  • Support marketing efforts, RFPs, due diligence materials, and investor inquiries
  • Support onboarding, subscriptions, transfers, and engagement with third parties and administrators
  • Research markets and prospects across North America and manage pipeline activity
  • Manage investor portal access and data entry
  • Update Salesforce client records, track opportunities, and record meeting notes
  • Collaborate across the firm to provide accurate and prompt follow-up on projects
