About the Role
You will maintain international budget and competitive intelligence for priority autonomous combat aircraft markets. You will analyze defense budgets, procurement plans, competitors, acquisitions, industrial partnerships, and market developments; maintain a structured knowledge base; and deliver recurring and rapid-turn intelligence products for internal pursuit decisions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in international defense budget analysis, competitive intelligence, market research, business development analysis, or related defense or aerospace work
- Working knowledge of international defense budgets and public budget documentation
- Experience conducting competitive or market analysis
- Familiarity with international defense acquisition pathways, including FMS and DCS
- Research, data handling, analytic writing, and briefing skills
- Ability to manage recurring production and short-notice internal requests
- Experience using AI tools to maintain structured knowledge resources
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
Responsibilities
- Maintain coverage of partner-nation defense budgets, program lines, procurement plans, and sustainment plans
- Maintain competitor profiles, competition trackers, product comparisons, and partnership maps
- Develop country and regional market assessments
- Collect and extract data from primary defense, legislative, procurement, and open-source materials
- Maintain a structured international budget and competitive knowledge base using AI-enabled tools
- Deliver recurring updates and rapid-turn analytic requests
- Monitor competitions, awards, partnerships, offsets, and co-production developments
- Provide intelligence inputs for country and regional pursuit planning
