About the Role
You will evaluate and recommend AI tools, measure their return on investment, and maintain an AI toolkit. You will lead AI training and adoption, integrate AI into development workflows, identify AI product opportunities, enhance commercial processes, engage clients, and lead workshops and innovation activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment
- Experience implementing or managing AI tools and workflows in a SaaS or software company
- Knowledge of LLM-based tools, MCP, prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and workflow automation
- Project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of APIs, Zapier, Make, and data integration concepts
- English proficiency

- Lead AI onboarding and training programs
- Integrate AI into the development lifecycle

- Enhance commercial processes with AI-driven insights and automation
- Engage clients to assess AI application areas
- Create an AI playbook and lead AI innovation activities
- Represent the organization at AI and RegTech events
- Guide clients on AI product evolution
