About the Role

You will audit workflows across the company to identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered automations, agents, and workflows using a mix of code and no-code/low-code tools. You will own solutions end-to-end, run enablement sessions, create documentation and SOPs, build dashboards and success metrics, communicate progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders, and establish the internal primitives (prompt libraries, integration patterns, governance) that make AI tools reliable and repeatable.

Requirements

  • CS background or strong technical fluency
  • Proficiency with code, APIs, data structures, SQL, and scripting
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
  • Experience with no-code and low-code platforms and shipping solutions end-to-end
  • Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in product management, business operations, TPM, solutions engineering, consulting, or similar roles

Responsibilities

  • Audit workflows to identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities
  • Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI
  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered automations, agents, and workflows
  • Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production
  • Run enablement sessions and create documentation to drive adoption
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress and risks
  • Define success metrics and build dashboards to measure performance
  • Develop core primitives including prompt libraries, SOPs, integration patterns, and governance frameworks
