About the Role
You lead digital transformation and automation using AI and large language model technologies. You plan, design, develop, and operate internal and customer-facing AI services, implement AI and agentic workflows, run experiments using user and operational data, and connect ideas to products and business processes through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, AI, or a related field
- Experience developing end-to-end LLM applications or AI services
- Experience designing and implementing AI agent or workflow-based systems
- Ability to structure problems and define solutions when requirements are ambiguous
- Ability to clearly document and communicate experiment results, system structures, and decisions
- Experience researching rapidly changing AI technologies and applying them to business problems
- At least three years of practical experience in data analysis, data engineering, or process innovation
- Experience with full-cycle planning, architecture, deployment, and operation of LLM services is preferred
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-development business staff is preferred
- Experience designing, building, and operating LLM pipelines is preferred
