About the Role
As AI Lead, you will develop agent tooling, build demo agents, integrate AI-driven workflows into internal systems, lead rapid experiments, architect ecosystem-aware AI solutions, and influence teams to adopt AI technologies.
Requirements
- Strong experience with LLMs and agent architectures or other AI tooling
- Proficiency with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face
- Experience building in Web3 and understanding of crypto systems
- Ability to design, test, and iterate AI-powered features rapidly
- Ability to architect systems-thinking-driven AI solutions
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
- Familiarity with crypto frameworks such as RIG, Eliza, or Virtuals preferred
- Familiarity with onchain/Web3, SQL, big data, NFTs, or tokens is a bonus
