About the Role
You will design and deliver scalable services for internal business processes. You will build agent fleets with LangChain, integrate AI and LLM frameworks with APIs and workflows, work with relational and NoSQL databases, and support production reliability through infrastructure and observability practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience preferably with Python
- At least 1 year of experience with LangSmith or comparable LLM and AI frameworks
- Strong production API design and external systems integration experience
- Production experience with AWS services such as Lambda ECS and S3
- Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes
- SQL proficiency with Postgres or similar databases
- Exposure to NoSQL databases
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or Express
- Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog
- Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases at scale
- Experience with distributed or event-driven architectures such as SNS and SQS
- Interest in cryptocurrency blockchain technology or compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead development of agent fleets in LangChain
- Develop APIs and workflows integrating AI and LLM frameworks
- Design optimize and query relational and NoSQL data models
- Deliver agentic platform features from concept through production
- Participate in technical design reviews planning sessions and code reviews
- Contribute to infrastructure and observability practices
