You will stay up-to-date on the latest in AI technology, work with engineering teams to push the frontier of product capabilities, define and implement the future of the AI Engineering function as the company scales, hire and mentor an exceptional team of AI Engineers, support an exceptional developer and research experience, and deliver high-performing shared AI infrastructure, including search systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of people management experience and leading high-performing teams
- Deep familiarity with modern AI technology as well as classical ML systems, including LLMs and transformer models, agentic workflows, context management, and agentic evals
- Obsessed with driving business outcomes and delivering value to customers
- Rigorous but pragmatic, balancing good experimental design with early-stage agility
- Strong communicator who loves collaborating with other roles and teams to drive outcomes
- Ability to attract and retain exceptional AI talent
