About the Role
You will develop and optimize conversational AI chatbots and voicebots. You will implement LLM-based services, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, prompts, and guardrails; improve voicebot integrations; evaluate bot performance; and operate production solutions, including third-level support.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics, data science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of software development experience, ideally with Python.
- Practical experience with production use of large language models.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, conversational AI, agentic AI, or prompt engineering, plus guardrails.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable AI or cloud platforms and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, or GitOps and operating production solutions.
- Very good German and good English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize chatbots and voicebots using conversational AI and generative AI.
- Implement, integrate, and operate LLM-based customer-service solutions.
- Develop AI solutions using RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.
- Design prompts, guardrails, and quality mechanisms for secure AI applications.
- Optimize ASR and TTS integrations, call flows, and telephony processes.
- Analyze, test, and improve bot performance using KPIs, user feedback, and AI evaluations.
- Deliver new functionality with architecture, security, DevOps, and business teams.
- Operate production solutions and provide third-level support.
