About the Role
You will make the platform a strong target for AI-assisted and agentic software development. You will maintain AI-enabled developer tools, improve context files SDKs documentation and orchestration workflows, investigate agent failures, create reference material, evaluate emerging coding tools, monitor builder feedback, and convert usage insights into roadmap input. You will also keep knowledge bases and embeddings current, resolve reported issues, and track tool quality and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience building integrating or maintaining AI coding assistants or agentic developer tooling
- Understanding of prompting retrieval and tool use for AI coding agents
- Familiarity with smart contract or protocol-level development is a strong plus
- Experience turning user or usage feedback into product or roadmap input
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to work asynchronously and independently across UTC-5 to UTC+5
- Experience building an application on Midnight or another privacy network is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Improve tooling context files SDKs and documentation for AI coding agents
- Design build and optimize agent harnesses and orchestration workflows
- Identify and close gaps that cause incorrect agent-generated code
- Build and maintain reference implementations prompts and examples
- Evaluate agentic coding tools and protocols such as MCP servers
- Monitor builder and agentic tool usage and identify failure modes
- Synthesize usage feedback into structured protocol roadmap input
- Report developer and agent experience trends and blockers
- Represent the AI-assisted builder perspective in roadmap discussions
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of AI-enabled developer tools
- Keep knowledge bases embeddings and reference content current
- Triage and resolve community-reported tooling issues
- Define and track quality metrics for AI-enabled developer tools
