About the Role
You will lead strategic discovery with customers, develop AI adoption roadmaps and business cases, and design end-to-end AI solutions. You will prototype and deploy production applications, oversee pilots, measure business outcomes, support account growth, and translate customer feedback into reusable delivery practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
- Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science
- Experience building and deploying AI applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Executive communication skills
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks and value-based selling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and AI opportunities
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and business cases with customers
- Architect AI solutions that integrate models and platforms into customer workflows
- Design, prototype, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production
- Execute pilot projects and proofs of value
- Guide customer AI strategy and measure business outcomes through KPIs
- Identify account expansion opportunities
- Synthesize customer feedback for product and research roadmaps
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks
- Travel approximately 30–60% to support client relationships and on-site deployment
