About the Role
You will own strategic customer deployments from initial evaluation through production. You will scope pilots, define success metrics, guide technical integrations, advise on AI deployment strategy, resolve escalations, and turn customer feedback into product priorities. You will also lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and help manage renewal risk.

- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to map customer stakeholders, success criteria, and deployment risks
- Quantify deployment business cases and scope pilots with milestones and exit criteria
- Own post-sale technical relationships through model deployment, integration, security configuration, and benchmarking
- Build and execute joint customer success plans
- Advise customers on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, optimization, and agent architecture
- Coordinate resolution of production issues with Engineering and Support
- Maintain runbooks and playbooks
- Synthesize customer feedback for product and engineering roadmaps
- Lead technical narratives for business reviews
- Support renewal strategy and identify expansion opportunities
- Forecast and flag account health risks
