About the Role
You will lead the studio's AI-driven creative production strategy across all harvest and sustain titles, identifying where generative AI and automation can improve the production of LiveOps assets, promotional content, and player engagement materials. You will drive the adoption of generative AI tools for marketing assets, CRM variants, promotional visuals, and in-game creative materials, defining best practices that keep quality high and brand identity consistent. You will work with automation engineers and platform teams to build AI-driven creative pipelines that scale content output without growing the team, and you will partner closely with game, LiveOps, product, CRM, and marketing stakeholders to align creative output with engagement and monetization goals. You will also set guidelines for responsible AI use, uphold creative standards across AI-assisted assets, track the performance of AI-generated content, and continuously refine workflows and tooling to improve creative output and efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative production, digital art direction, or creative leadership
- Strong experience leading creative teams in gaming, digital products, or consumer applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for image, video, and creative content generation
- Strong understanding of player engagement, LiveOps content, and promotional asset production
- Experience establishing creative standards and workflows across teams
- Experience working in mobile games, LiveOps environments, or player engagement teams
- Experience integrating generative AI tools into creative pipelines
- Familiarity with creative automation workflows and asset production tooling
- Experience working with marketing, CRM, or monetization teams
- Interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to creative production
Responsibilities
- Define the studio's AI-driven creative production strategy across all harvest and sustain titles
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve production of LiveOps assets, promotional content, and player engagement materials
- Establish scalable workflows for AI-assisted creative production
- Lead adoption of generative AI tools for marketing assets, CRM variants, promotional visuals, and in-game creative materials
- Define best practices for AI-assisted asset generation across the studio
- Ensure AI-generated content maintains high creative quality and brand consistency
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive creative production tasks
- Collaborate with automation engineers and platform teams to integrate AI-driven creative pipelines
- Scale production of LiveOps content without increasing team size
- Work closely with game teams and LiveOps teams to support promotional events and content needs
- Partner with playAI to integrate emerging AI capabilities into creative workflows
- Collaborate with product, CRM, and marketing stakeholders to align creative output with engagement and monetization goals
- Establish guidelines for responsible AI use in creative production
- Maintain strong creative standards across all AI-assisted assets
- Ensure generated content aligns with brand identity, player expectations, and product positioning
- Track performance of AI-generated assets on engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
- Refine AI workflows based on creative performance and operational efficiency
- Identify new tools and technologies to improve creative output and workflow efficiency
