About the Role
You will identify AI use cases with business functions and turn challenges into implementable solutions. You will guide teams from ideas through prototypes and MVPs, use AI-assisted development methods, coach employees and managers, develop reusable secure patterns and standards, collaborate with architecture, security, governance and delivery teams, and embed AI capabilities across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or comparable tools
- Understanding of software development for evaluating and shaping prototypes, MVPs and technical solutions
- Ability to capture business needs and translate them into solution options
- Knowledge sharing and enablement skills
- Interest in business, technology and organisational intersections
- Excellent German and very good English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Identify AI use cases and translate challenges into implementable solutions
- Guide teams from ideas through prototypes and MVPs to production-ready solutions
- Use and demonstrate AI-assisted development methods
- Coach employees and managers in AI-assisted engineering
- Develop reusable patterns, best practices and standards for secure, scalable AI use
- Collaborate with architecture, security, governance and delivery teams
- Embed AI capabilities across the organisation
