About the Role
You will deliver innovative AI solutions to customers, understand domain problems, define requirements in ambiguous settings, and propose technical approaches. You will research and develop core AI technologies, evaluate how research outputs can become products, and work across agent systems, retrieval, document understanding, evaluation, and machine learning where relevant.
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese
- Generative AI experience
- LLM or AI agent experience
- AI agent workflow or multi-agent system knowledge
- RAG or search engine knowledge
- VLM or OCR knowledge
- AI safety and hallucination mitigation knowledge
- Benchmark development and evaluation
- Machine learning model design, training, evaluation, and improvement
- Data analysis
- Feature engineering
- AI-assisted coding tool knowledge
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative solutions using advanced AI technologies
- Understand customer domains and develop problem-solving approaches
- Define requirements and propose technical approaches for ambiguous problems
- Research and develop high-impact core AI technologies
- Evaluate research, technologies, and solutions for productization
