About the Role
You will define and execute enterprise AI transformation strategy, operating models, governance, and adoption programmes. You will lead AI transformation initiatives across functions, establish responsible AI controls, measure business impact, mentor AI leads, and evaluate emerging AI technologies and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, enterprise technology, AI strategy, or AI leadership

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise AI transformation vision and roadmap
- Develop an AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Establish AI investment priorities and governance structures
- Advise leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and market developments
- Drive adoption of AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- Establish transformation governance, reporting, and executive review forums
- Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases
- Establish responsible AI policies, standards, and controls
- Lead AI adoption and change-management programmes
- Define and report KPIs for transformation initiatives
- Lead and mentor AI leads and transformation teams
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and ecosystem partners
