About the Role
You will own deployment, activation, and platform success across a customer portfolio. You will understand customer use cases and objectives, co-develop AI workflows, and execute adoption strategies. You will build champion networks, facilitate customized workshops and training, analyze feedback and adoption data, and advise stakeholders on scaling AI programs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
- Experience understanding customer workflows, use cases, and business objectives
- Experience implementing champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
- Experience building advocate networks and power-user communities
- Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI
- Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
- Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
- Ability to tailor content to diverse audiences
- Program management skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics
- Co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows with customers
- Design and execute activation strategies that increase platform adoption
- Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, training, and workshops
- Create advocate networks and power-user communities
- Train internal customer trainers to scale enablement
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
- Customize and deliver educational content for customer audiences
- Refine materials using customer feedback and adoption data
- Identify training gaps and new enablement opportunities
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
