About the Role
You will teach models to interface with professional software through code, APIs, tools, and structured integrations. You will design experiments, build evaluations and training environments, improve post-training systems, translate product signals into model improvements, and investigate model failures through experimentation and launch.

Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to improve agentic model behavior for complex software and plugins
- Own improvements to the post-training stack, including RL, data pipelines, graders, reward signals, evals, diagnostics, and model-behavior analysis
- Build evaluations and environments that expose model failures
- Translate product signals into model improvements
- Work on training and alignment interventions
- Improve large-scale training and launch reliability, observability, reproducibility, cost, latency, and production readiness
- Debug model failures and turn them into hypotheses, experiments, and fixes
