About the Role

You will lead independent research on large language models and agentic systems from hypothesis through training, evaluation, and production deployment. You will run post-training experiments, build evaluation benchmarks and data pipelines, shape model roadmaps, publish research, and mentor researchers and engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on machine learning research experience
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field, or equivalent research experience
• Expert knowledge of SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, GRPO, and related alignment and reasoning techniques
• Strong command of Python and PyTorch or JAX
• Publication record at competitive machine learning or AI venues
• Experience designing or evaluating agentic systems

• Lead research on large language models and agentic systems
