About the Role
You will run the daily operations of an affiliate program and help grow the channel. You will create promo codes, manage affiliate accounts, recruit and onboard partners, administer payments, maintain dashboards, deliver daily performance reports, and enforce compliance. You will use Impact, AppsFlyer, internal tools, and linking and tracking technology to evaluate affiliate activity across SEO, media buying, creator, influencer, and DSP channels.
Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in sports betting or real-money gaming; experience in finance, technology, or politics is also welcomed
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of sports and prediction markets
- Have hands-on experience with Impact and other affiliate marketing platforms
- Have working knowledge of AppsFlyer, including P360 and OneLinks
- Understand SEO, media buying, creator and influencer marketing, and DSP affiliate channels
- Demonstrate proficiency with linking and tracking technology
- Work independently
- An existing portfolio of affiliate relationships is a plus
