About the Role
The Affiliate Manager will develop the affiliate marketing program for a crypto and blockchain company by sourcing and onboarding partners, managing affiliate and client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams on campaigns and integrations.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of affiliate networks
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain current knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape, including trends, technologies, and key players in crypto and blockchain.
- Identify, source, and onboard affiliate partners aligned with product goals and business strategy.
- Build and grow relationships with top affiliates globally.
- Manage and optimize existing affiliate and client relationships for consistent performance.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development on campaigns and affiliate integrations.
