About the Role
You will develop and execute OKX’s affiliate growth strategy across MENA. You will identify and engage crypto partners, build relationships with high-net-worth clients and professional traders, and partner with influencers, KOLs, and media channels to acquire users. You will plan marketing activities, events, and campaigns, analyze acquisition performance, and expand the regional user base and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related field, with a track record of building large affiliate networks
- Experience in business development or affiliate management
- Connections with high-net-worth clients and professional traders in the region
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods, including data analysis and segmentation
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships comprising high-net-worth clients and professional traders
- Manage and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients in MENA
- Build partnerships with influencers to acquire users
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, and media channels
- Expand the user base and grow OKX brand awareness
- Develop creative ways to identify potential affiliates and KOLs and acquire users
