About the Role
Build scalable implementation and enablement processes that accelerate customer adoption. Develop deep platform expertise, audit agent prompts and configurations, track adoption metrics, create data-driven strategies and playbooks, deliver workshops and webinars, and coordinate adoption initiatives across internal and external partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting or engineering, technical account management or similar roles
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI or developer-facing products
- Experience building adoption programs from the ground up
- Experience creating onboarding tracks, adoption playbooks and self-service content
- Experience building AI-tool automations and workflows
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
- Experience managing a high-volume mid-market or commercial book of business
- Fluency in English
