About the Role

Design and deliver scalable onboarding, lifecycle, workshop, webinar, and adoption programs for corporate and mid-market customers. Develop deep product expertise, audit customer agent prompts and configurations, track adoption metrics, create data-driven playbooks, partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams, and use AI tools to automate enablement systems.

Requirements

6+ years in adoption, customer or partner enablement, digital customer success programs, enterprise growth, or a similar role
Experience at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
Track record of building adoption programs from the ground up
Ability to build AI automations and workflows
Strong analytical ability
Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
Experience managing a high-volume mid-market or commercial book of business
Fluency in Spanish and English

Share recommendations to drive deeper adoption
Track adoption metrics
Develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks
Deliver regional workshops and webinars
Coordinate adoption strategy across the customer journey
Support local go-to-market initiatives
