About the Role
Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensure timely and accurate payments, maintain vendor records, support month-end close and audits, respond to payable inquiries, and maintain professional vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 2 years of accounts payable experience
- NetSuite
- Ramp
- Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Meet
- Analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Code, approve, and document invoices
- Schedule and prepare payments
- Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report
- Monitor outstanding payables
- Fulfill audit requests
- Compile internal control documentation
- Reconcile AP and corporate credit card accounts
- Handle accounts payable inquiries
- Collaborate with auditors and external partners
- Maintain vendor relationships
