About the Role
You will own supplier invoice processing, payment execution, AP and AR workflows, reconciliations, and stakeholder communications. You will help automate core processes, improve systems, maintain accurate sub-ledgers, and support e-invoicing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational accounting experience
- Exposure to accounts receivable or billing workflows
- Fluent English
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Knowledge of Brazilian regulatory shifts, including tax reform
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and pay suppliers
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Automate AP and AR processes to improve accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Tax, and business owners on invoicing and payments
- Improve processes and systems to support organizational scale
- Perform payment reconciliation and support e-invoicing initiatives
