About the Role
You will evaluate and execute infrastructure investment opportunities across energy, transportation, digital, and water and waste sectors. You will conduct market research, build financial models, support diligence and negotiations, manage projects, and monitor portfolio-company performance after acquisitions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of investment banking or private equity experience, or 3–5 years in target infrastructure sectors or consulting
- Bachelor's degree with strong GPA
- Investment interest, particularly in infrastructure
- Analytical, financial modeling, and accounting skills
- Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience or interest in power, renewables, utilities, and energy is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute infrastructure investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and financial analysis
- Process investment opportunities through market assessment, underwriting, and deal structuring
- Support business diligence and risk underwriting
- Manage external advisors
- Build financial models for deal underwriting and structuring
- Perform analysis for transaction negotiations
- Support portfolio companies
- Monitor investment performance and key value drivers
- Conduct valuations and support financing transactions
