About the Role
You will take part in a two-day, in-person programme that introduces you to investment banking careers, the analyst role, and life at William Blair. You will attend technical and commercial workshops, complete valuation, Excel, and case-study exercises, and network with banking professionals. You may be considered for accelerated progression within the 2027 Summer Analyst Programme.
Requirements
- Be an undergraduate student expected to graduate in 2028
- Have an interest in pursuing a career in investment banking
- Demonstrate strong academic achievement
- Have an established interest in finance, business, or investment banking
- Demonstrate leadership potential and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Attend technical and commercial investment banking workshops
- Complete valuation, Excel, and case-study exercises
- Network with investment banking professionals and fellow participants
- Learn about the analyst role and investment banking recruitment process
