About the Role
You will prepare and supply automated welding equipment with parts and consumables. You will set welding parameters, start and monitor production cycles, inspect welds, report anomalies, perform first-level maintenance, complete production records, and follow manufacturing, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- Technical qualification in welding, metalwork, mechanics, or equivalent
- Experience in an industrial environment is preferred
- Ability to use automated equipment
- Ability to read technical documents
- Quality-control knowledge
- Overhead-crane license is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and supply welding equipment with parts, components, and consumables
- Set welding parameters according to manufacturing instructions
- Start and monitor production cycles
- Perform visual and dimensional weld inspections
- Detect, analyze, and report anomalies and nonconformities
- Perform first-level equipment maintenance
- Complete production records and maintain operational traceability
- Follow manufacturing, safety, quality, and environmental procedures
