About the Role
You will build and scale customer-facing web experiences for crypto products serving international users across onboarding, trading, and funding. You will create performant features with React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS, own projects from design through launch, improve operational tools, and develop reusable frameworks and abstractions. You will collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering partners to rapidly iterate, maintain high code quality, strengthen testing and code review practices, and support launches in new markets.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of full-time professional experience with modern web standards, technologies, and frameworks
- Write and efficiently debug JavaScript in Node and browser environments
- Demonstrate a strong focus on developer experience
- Have a track record of leading projects and delivering large-scope technical projects at scale
- Set high standards for code quality, testing best practices, and code review processes
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, performant products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS
- Own and drive features from inception and design through implementation and launch
- Build and improve tools that support operations and platforms
- Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products
- Build frameworks and abstractions that accelerate and empower other developers
- Build and scale customer-facing crypto web experiences
- Support web application launches in new markets
