About the Role
You will support Wealth Management Advisors with investment, brokerage, retirement, income planning, trust and estate, and asset-allocation needs. You will conduct proactive client outreach, coordinate annual reviews, support client meetings, resolve planning inquiries, review portfolios, and identify opportunities for additional wealth management solutions.
Requirements
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Appropriate state registrations
- 5 years of financial services experience
- Experience addressing complex client inquiries and providing wealth management solutions
- Experience monitoring and reviewing client portfolios
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification such as CFP preferred
Responsibilities
- Support clients with investment, brokerage, retirement, income planning, trust and estate, and asset-allocation needs

- Address planning and service inquiries
- Identify opportunities for asset consolidation and wealth management solutions
