About the Role
You will lead global finance strategy and operations, shape capital strategy, partner with executive stakeholders, lead fundraising and investor communications, manage planning and forecasting, improve financial performance, oversee accounting and compliance, govern financial systems, automate reporting, and build a global finance team.
Requirements
- 16+ years of progressive finance experience
- Executive leadership experience as CFO or VP Finance in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology environments
- Experience operating across multiple geographies
- Expertise in SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, LTV:CAC, deferred revenue, and gross margin
- Experience leading fundraising, investor relations, and complex financial initiatives
- Experience building scalable finance functions and governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- CPA, CA, or CFA
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial strategy
- Partner with the CEO and Board on enterprise value creation and funding plans
- Provide financial insight for strategic initiatives
- Lead fundraising strategy, investor communications, and due diligence
- Own board reporting and investor readiness
- Maintain financial data rooms and reporting standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and cash runway management
- Improve unit economics, gross margin, working capital, and operating efficiency
- Support pricing and commercial decisions
- Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance
- Ensure timely close cycles, reporting accuracy, and internal controls
- Strengthen governance frameworks and financial discipline
- Own ERP governance and financial systems strategy
- Improve reporting automation and executive dashboard visibility
- Ensure consistent metrics and data integrity
- Build, mentor, and scale the global finance team
