About the Role

You will build and execute a global developer-relations strategy, create developer education and community programs, and improve self-service adoption. You will lead and mentor developer advocates, engineers, and evangelists; establish impact metrics; translate AI innovation for technical audiences; and grow open-source and ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or technical evangelism
• Technical credibility with developers, scientists, and engineers
• Experience growing and nurturing technical communities
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to scale developer relations globally
• Ability to align developer relations with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global developer relations strategy
• Create developer education, engagement, advocacy, and community programs
• Produce tutorials, blog posts, videos, documentation, talks, podcasts, and technical deep dives
• Build onboarding guides, SDKs, APIs, and sample projects for developer adoption
• Create feedback loops between developers and Product and Engineering
• Hire, mentor, and lead Developer Advocates, Engineers, and Evangelists
• Define developer adoption, community growth, engagement, and advocacy metrics
• Champion open-source contributions and ecosystem partnerships
• Identify and nurture developer influencers, maintainers, and ambassadors
