About the Role
You will define, establish, and lead the Analytics Production Readiness & Assurance function. You will establish production standards, readiness criteria, data models, metrics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled oversight. You will partner across Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations, drive accountability, capture decisions, and manage and develop junior technical associates and analysts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across analytics production, analytics platforms, data engineering, or related technical domains
- Experience leading major initiatives in complex environments
- Ability to operate with general direction and minimal oversight
- Experience partnering across Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations
- Familiarity with market and risk analytics across financial markets
- Technical fluency in data modeling, configuration frameworks, and metadata
- Hands-on capability using SQL and Python
- Ability to translate standards into technical specifications
- Experience developing people and scalable operating practices
- Experience with analytics engines, model integration standards, parameter frameworks, configuration registries, or certification pipelines is preferred
- Experience applying AI-enabled analytics or automation is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define the APRA operating model and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed readiness and assurance into production workflows
- Translate domain standards into readiness criteria and measurable posture signals
- Drive accountability for agreed production standards
- Define and evolve configuration and metadata data models
- Compare deployed configurations against approved standards
- Design and operationalize APRA metrics and reporting
- Lead automation and AI-enabled analysis for oversight
- Frame readiness gaps and performance tradeoffs with evidence
- Establish decision capture practices
- Manage and develop junior technical associates and analysts
