About the Role

You will lead end-to-end video production from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing and final delivery. You will create high-quality content that simplifies complex crypto concepts, produce motion graphics and animations, and handle occasional photography. You will research and apply AI tools to streamline workflows, manage on-set lighting, audio and camera setups in Prague, and iterate on content using feedback and data.

Requirements

• Strong eye for composition and pacing with a portfolio showcasing high production value
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects
• Proficient in or enthusiastic about using AI to improve workflows
• Living in Prague or willing to relocate to work from the local studio
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Organized, deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
• Genuine curiosity about the crypto industry; no prior crypto expertise required

Responsibilities

• Lead video projects from concept to final delivery
• Produce high-quality educational video content that simplifies crypto concepts
• Create motion graphics and animations
• Shoot and edit video and manage post-production
• Manage lighting, audio and camera setups during studio and on-location shoots
• Capture still imagery including headshots, team photos and events
• Research and implement AI tools to improve production workflows
• Collaborate with product leads, designers and educators
• Refine content based on feedback and performance data
