About the Role

You will own end-to-end multimedia production, turning complex technical subjects into clear visual stories. You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish videos; create photography, audio, graphics, motion, and animation assets; and lead podcast production. You will build production standards, workflows, equipment, and an organized media library, collaborate with brand, social, product, and engineering stakeholders, manage production partners, cover events, and use performance insights to improve future content.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of video and multimedia production experience
  • Portfolio of end-to-end work personally shot and edited, including technical storytelling and a led series or campaign
  • Experience translating technical B2B subject matter into compelling visual stories
  • Experience directing crew, talent, and freelancers
  • Audio recording and editing experience, ideally podcast production
  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
  • Experience using AI video and audio tools
  • Experience building or improving production workflows, standards, or processes
  • Ability to manage multiple productions, deadlines, and asset libraries
  • Willingness to travel to other offices and occasional conferences

Responsibilities

  • Pitch multimedia concepts, formats, and recurring series and turn approved ideas into production plans
  • Own the multimedia production plan across launches, campaigns, events, and evergreen content
  • Define video, photography, and audio production standards aligned with brand guidelines
  • Plan, shoot, and edit product explainers, customer stories, leadership messaging, and social clips
  • Translate technical concepts into accurate, clear visual stories with product and engineering teams
  • Create design, motion graphics, and animated assets for campaigns, presentations, the website, and social channels
  • Lead podcast recording, editing, audio quality, promotional clips, and format improvements
  • Plan and lead photo and video coverage for events, conferences, and team moments
  • Travel to other offices to capture events and team experiences
  • Build production workflows, equipment, and tools
  • Lead crews and freelancers, manage production partners, and advise on partner selection
  • Review content performance and improve future formats and concepts
  • Build and maintain a searchable library of footage, photos, and brand assets
