About the Role

You will reconcile client and account data across CRM and master-data platforms, investigate discrepancies, and resolve workflow-impacting data breaks. You will use SQL, SOQL, Excel, and analytical tools to identify root causes, report trends, strengthen controls, automate reconciliation, and document repeatable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, Excel, and data analysis
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with relational data models, master data, and entity relationships
• Root-cause analysis and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Reconcile data discrepancies between CRM and master data management platforms
• Resolve data breaks affecting onboarding and operational workflows
• Develop automated reconciliation capabilities
• Investigate duplicate, incomplete, conflicting, and merged records
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions
• Track reconciliation issues and patterns
• Develop reporting on issue volume, trends, and business impact
• Escalate systemic issues to engineering and data operations teams
• Query and remediate Salesforce and master-data datasets using SQL, SOQL, and Excel
• Document reconciliation processes, issue types, and resolution steps
• Build process guides, playbooks, and onboarding materials
• Partner with business, data operations, and engineering teams
