About the Role
You will analyse real-world driving-run data, investigate root causes, and produce issue reports. You will maintain intervention metadata, support issues through resolution and documentation, validate triage automation, collaborate with engineering partners, and recommend improvements to triage tools and processes.
Requirements
- Experience in ADAS, autonomous vehicles, or testing
- Knowledge of ADAS systems and software-stack terminology
- Ability to learn and use internal tools and software platforms
- Communication skills for cross-functional and time-zone-distributed work
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Debugging, documentation, and investigation skills
Responsibilities
- Perform first-level analysis on real-world run data
- Investigate issues and discover root causes with Detective Engineers
- Develop automated solutions with Triage Engineers
- Support issue identification, investigation, resolution, documentation, and reporting
- Add accurate metadata to on-road interventions
- Use proprietary triage tooling
- Investigate complex or ambiguous runs
- Participate in standups to prioritize emerging concerns
- Provide feedback to improve triage tooling
- Validate triage automation bots
