About the Role
Lead internal HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, labor relations, onboarding, offboarding, change management, and HR policy communication across Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on Hong Kong and Shenzhen markets
- Deep knowledge of mainland China and Hong Kong employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record managing HR operations in multinational or high-growth technology companies
- Experience developing and executing talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Aptitude for working in fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environments
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Hong Kong and mainland China employment laws
- Manage labor relations and resolve employee disputes
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Partner with Finance on compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and compliance reporting
- Champion company culture and values in the region
- Lead change management initiatives and communicate HR policies
