About the Role

You will identify promising technology startups, engage founders, and recruit qualifying ventures into the All Access Fund. You will build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders; attend and speak at community events; use digital platforms to discover startups; track leads in the CRM; and use AI tools to manage deal flow and publish deal memos.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of experience as a founder, employee, or investor at a technology startup
• Demonstrate expertise in a technology area that is changing the world
• Have experience building a community, product, team, program, startup, or initiative
• Show interest in founders, startups, and emerging technologies
• Use AI tools to enhance work
• Maintain a reliable laptop computer and smartphone for work
• Plan to stay in Washington, DC for at least three years
• Be available for evening events, weekend work, and tight deadlines
• Use Google productivity tools
• Have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Meet technology entrepreneurs and recruit them into the All Access Fund
• Participate in startup community events and programs as a speaker
• Use Twitter, LinkedIn, and digital platforms to discover startups and connect with founders
• Develop relationships with CEOs, angel investors, and venture capitalists
• Connect investors and other stakeholders with relevant startups
• Read local startup news and engage on social media
• Use AI tools to manage deal flow and publish deal memos
• Track leads accurately and promptly in the CRM
