About the Role
You will conduct on-road vehicle testing across Germany, monitor autonomous driving systems, and intervene when hazards arise. You will evaluate system performance, provide operational feedback to research and engineering teams, support AI training data collection, and report vehicle and safety issues.
Requirements
- Full clean German driving licence
- At least 5 years of driving experience, mainly in Germany
- No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
- Fluent English and German
- Communication
- Empathy
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Smartphone and tablet operation
- Ability to work weekends
- Pass health checks and pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
- Test vehicles across Germany
- Monitor AI systems and respond to hazards
- Evaluate AI systems during tests and provide feedback
- Provide real-world driving examples for AI training
- Maintain safety standards and report safety and vehicle issues
- Travel nationally and internationally
