About the Role
You will support vegetation management by inspecting field work, auditing tree-trimming activities, and documenting quality and compliance findings. You will communicate with customers and property owners, distribute notifications, address vegetation concerns, and obtain access permissions for tree crews.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with AES Indiana, ANSI, OSHA, and applicable safety standards.
- Verify adherence to tree-rule, line-clearance, and vegetation-management standards.
- Audit tree-trimming work for quality, clearance, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct quality-control inspections and document findings.
- Meet with customers and property owners to answer questions and address concerns.
- Distribute notifications for upcoming vegetation-management work.
- Communicate with property owners and secure permissions and access for tree crews.
