About the Role

You will design, develop, implement, and deploy Tungsten TotalAgility solutions for document capture and business process automation. You will configure classification, extraction, validation, OCR, workflows, forms, queues, and business rules. You will build scripts, connectors, and integrations; troubleshoot production issues; support releases; conduct code reviews; and contribute to AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing initiatives.

Requirements

• Have 5–8+ years of overall IT experience
• Have 3+ years of hands-on Tungsten or Kofax TotalAgility development experience
• Have strong Tungsten TotalAgility platform expertise
• Have experience with document classification, extraction, OCR, and workflow automation
• Know Transformation Modules, Capture, and intelligent document processing solutions
• Have experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Be proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and web services
• Understand software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Tungsten TotalAgility solutions
• Configure document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow processes
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, connectors, and enterprise integrations
• Configure OCR technologies and optimize document recognition accuracy
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design workflows, forms, queues, and business rules in TotalAgility
• Integrate TotalAgility with ERP, CRM, ECM, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards
• Support deployment, testing, enhancements, and production releases
• Contribute to AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing initiatives
