About the Role

You will manage liquidity and wholesale credit limits, forecast short-term cash flow, analyze variances, and support a Treasury Management System. You will manage bank relationships, payments, transfers, collateral, regulatory compliance, operational risk, and treasury procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Treasury Operations and Cash Management
  • Financial services experience preferably in payments technology-driven or scale-up environments
  • Knowledge of cash-flow forecasting flow of funds and payment systems
  • Ability to manage business-as-usual operations and complex initiatives
  • Experience mitigating operational risk
  • Experience with Cash Management systems
  • Experience using BI reporting tools such as Looker Power BI or Tableau is desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership
  • Comfort working with ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor wholesale credit limits
  • Forecast short-term cash flow and analyze actuals variances
  • Support Treasury Management System implementation through requirements documentation design and testing
  • Evaluate capital requirements and manage foreign exchange
  • Optimize returns on short-term investments
  • Manage bank KYC and account management processes
  • Ensure banking relationships comply with regulations and internal policies
  • Execute payments and transfers
  • Monitor collateral positions and requirements
  • Improve treasury operations processes and documentation
