About the Role
Serve as the financial control layer for investment firms by processing capital calls, distributions, wire transfers, and other treasury workflows with zero-error tolerance. Document, streamline, and automate treasury processes while partnering with fund accounting and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience processing wire transfers and capital call or distribution workflows.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly under deadline pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
- Experience at a fund administrator, PE/VC back office, or bank treasury team preferred.
- Familiarity with fund accounting platforms preferred.
- Understanding of management fee and waterfall structures preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process and own money movement workflows including capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, intercompany payables and reimbursements, and management fee payments.
- Serve as the operational control layer and catch errors before they reach clients.
- Reconcile cash positions daily and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with engineering to document and systematize treasury processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention.
- Support fund accounting leadership on client escalations.
- Own treasury approval workflows and migrate approvals into structured, auditable processes.
