About the Role
You will lead end-to-end travel and expense operations, including approvals, reimbursements, corporate cards, policy enforcement, controls, reconciliations, and reporting. You will manage the T&E team, maintain accurate data, work with Treasury and Accounting, oversee platforms and vendors, and support new entities and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop the travel and expense team
- Own expense and card approvals, the T&E mailbox, and employee and manager queries
- Coordinate reimbursement runs with Treasury
- Run the corporate-card and purchasing-card programs
- Maintain card registers, approval trails, and exception logs
- Own and enforce global travel and expense policies
- Ensure travel and expense spend is accurately coded and reaches the general ledger on time
- Reconcile card statements and travel bookings
- Review duplicate, fraudulent, and non-compliant claims
- Reconcile HRIS data with Payhawk and Navan
- Manage Payhawk and Navan vendor relationships
- Onboard acquired companies and new entities onto the T&E stack
