About the Role
You will lead commercial sourcing and transaction execution for Canadian data center capacity deals. You will manage RFPs, negotiate term sheets and letters of intent, coordinate due diligence, maintain transaction timelines, advance digital infrastructure projects to construction readiness, and support the long-term data center supply strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement experience
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
- Negotiation experience with term sheets, letters of intent, and commercial agreements
- Project management experience across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams
- Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing
- Expertise in Canadian leasing compute
Responsibilities
- Identify data center capacity opportunities through developer, broker, and power relationships
- Lead RFP and commercial sourcing processes for Canadian data center deals
- Negotiate term sheets and manage the letter-of-intent process
- Ensure commercial, technical, and legal requirements are satisfied for transaction closure
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain transaction timelines and identify risks to deal closure
- Document transaction processes and playbooks
- Translate technical and operational requirements into commercial agreement terms
- Manage digital infrastructure development activities to a construction-ready state
- Support the long-term data center supply strategy
