About the Role
You will engineer and evolve a high-performance distributed trading platform. You will turn complex requirements into scalable technical solutions with quants, traders, and business stakeholders. You will mentor junior engineers, evaluate and integrate relevant technologies, and own quality through reviews, testing, deployment, and production adoption.
Requirements
- Professional software development experience with a strongly typed language such as C++, Java, or Rust
- Ability to be productive in any language using AI
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with LLM-augmented development and rapid prototyping
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- BSc or MSc in Computing Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
