About the Role
Support multiple trading desks by managing trade clearance, settlement, and reconciliation; monitor regulatory, pre-market, and intraday processes; communicate with counterparties and clients; build relationships with third-party providers; analyze operations; and help design solutions and controls for new markets and asset classes.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in a trade support role at a financial institution
- Experience in middle or back office trading operations
- Understanding of clearing and settlement cycles
- SQL experience required
- Python experience is a plus
- Settlements experience preferred
- Corporate Actions experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory processes and pre-market activities
- Manage trade clearance, settlement, and reconciliation
- Communicate with counterparties and clients
- Monitor intraday trading processes
- Build relationships with third-party providers
- Improve trading operations workflows
- Design workable solutions for complex programs
- Participate in the architecture of new systems and controls
